In the past year, we have organized basic training sessions, on-the-job briefings, and professional training to enhance the occupational health and safety (OHS) culture within our organization. During this process, we have focused on behavior-based safety activities to increase employees' safety awareness and turn OHS into a way of life.

One of the highlighted activities was the "OHS Puzzle Activity," which promotes collaboration and teamwork among employees. In this activity, our employees searched for pieces of a wooden puzzle themed "Safety is a Team Effort," hidden both in the field and office areas. This event reinforced the idea that workplace safety can be achieved through teamwork and strengthened interaction among our employees. Additionally, digital solutions were implemented, introducing digital safety forms for press operators, allowing for effective safety checks at the beginning of each shift.

To further reinforce safety awareness, improvements were made in work processes based on suggestions from employees through projects like "OHS Ambassadors." These enhancements not only considered quality but also ensured that employees could work in a safe and sustainable environment. For critical production tools such as vacuum ovens, sensor-based locking systems were developed to minimize the risk of workplace accidents. All these efforts aim to ensure that the OHS culture goes beyond mere rules, becoming a consciousness and behavior that all employees can apply in their daily work.

As a result, through our OHS activities and projects, safety awareness has strengthened within our organization, leading to the establishment of a sustainable safety culture with the contributions of our employees.

In 2023, the JARVIS dissemination project launched at the Gölbaşı Excellence Center has largely completed the integration of the dust line into the system. Meanwhile, the dissemination efforts for the Composite Excellence Center, which started at the beginning of the year, are continuing at full speed. As a result, all production and quality data has been consolidated under the JARVIS umbrella, allowing for a data-driven company structure that enables faster decision-making.

Additionally, JARVIS is continuing to work on predictive maintenance scenarios that can detect equipment anomalies. This transition is changing routine maintenance activities into predictive maintenance models, leading to a fundamental shift in maintenance processes. With its real-time monitoring capability, JARVIS has also taken on a significant role in process quality control, effectively becoming a new "employee" that sees the unseen and hears the unheard, alerting teams in a timely manner. Currently, it monitors approximately 30 pieces of equipment in real-time and can detect anomalies.

To automate quality control processes, a quality cabinet supported by computer vision algorithms has been developed. This allows quality control procedures to be carried out much faster and more smoothly. The use of NFC and RFID technologies is being evaluated to ensure effective product traceability.

At the same time, work continues on new digital technologies. The feasibility of the "Armor Integrity" project, which aims to equip composite panels with sensor-based smart structures capable of detecting threats, has been completed and will be launched soon. This will introduce a unique technology to Nurol Technology that has no equal in the industry.

We will continue our journey towards becoming a data-driven company, taking full advantage of all technological advancements, with all our speed through 2025.
