Nurol Teknoloji signed the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) in 2024. The Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) are a set of Principles that offer guidance to business on how to advance gender equality and women's empowerment in the workplace, market and society. Playing an active role in gender equality and women's empowerment is not only a responsibility but also an opportunity in the business world. In this direction, as Nurol Teknoloji, we grow together with our female employees in order to maximize and strengthen the potential of women in business life.
