Mainly Used as a solution for wear problems at the separators, mill liners, chutes, cyclones, silos, conveyor carrying systems of the mining and construction industries, ceramic plates and liners do possess a life expectancy approximately 10 times longer than rubber or strenghtened steel.  

The superior resistance to wear of the ceramic (Alumina - Al2O3) material, brings solution to the wear problem under the enviroments where there are no dense impact but only wear. 

The alumina plates which are manufactured at our facilities with powder metallurgy method  from 99.8% pure Alumina powder, can be assembled to places suffering from wear, with proper adhesives.

It is possible to manufacture the plates at other dimensions in addition to their standard dimensions like 50 x 50 x 10 mm, 100 x 100 x 10 mm according to the place which they' ll be assembled. 

The ceramic wear plates are presented embedded in rubber (NR), to  benefit from the impact absorbing qualities of rubber, to be assembled at enviroments which are under dense impact in additon to wear , thus providing excellent composite surface coating solutions against wear and impact problems. 

The impermeability and vibration absorbing properties, are increasing the life expectancy of the system which it has been implemented on and providing an ergonomic working enviroment. The plates and liners which are presented in standard dimensions, can also be designed according to the customer demand.

The ceramic wear plates are assembled to the surface by adhesives, meanwhile, the rubber based solutions, are assembled by adhesives, stud connection, or T-bolt connection to rail.
